You will need for the elaboration
12 Baked cupcakes, in their cups and previously cooled.
350 grams of white fondant.
Food colors of violet and pink.
Butter cream frosting.
Fondant roll
Knife and spatula.
Instructions
Divide the glaze in equal parts. Color one part purple and the other pink.
Similarly proceeds with the fondant. Then use the roller to smooth it.
Using the spatula spread the pink frosting over 6 cupcakes and the purple frosting to the rest.
To make fondant roses:
On the fondant trims strips of 2 cm x 6 cm
Fold a strip longitudinally, forming a triangle at one end. This will be the center of the rose.
Beginning with the bent end, begin winding the spiral fondant, occasionally pushing it outward to form petals.
Once you have reached the desired size, lower the strip towards the bottom of the rose and press to secure it.
You need 18 roses of each color, 3 for each cupcake. For a contrasting effect, place them on the cupcakes of the opposite color.
