Recipe for cupcakes in the shape of sunflowers

Sunflowers remind us of the happiness of a sunny summer that becomes memories ... or better, delicious cupcakes!
Sunflowers are the epitome of happiness and is something that many people usually miss at this time of year. Summer is already a memory and winter is approaching at full speed. What's better than preparing some cheerful cupcakes with sunflower frosting?

To make the petals you will need some skill with the sleeve, but you can practice as much as you want until you become an expert decorator.

Ingredients
12 cupcakes ready and previously cooled.
Three cups of vanilla cream for frosting.
Food dyes: yellow, orange and green leaf.
Pastry bag.
Tip in the form of a leaf.
Sparks or chocolate rain.
Instructions
Divide the glaze in 3 parts.
Ink the glaze in two colors. Reserve half a cup for the leaves and the rest for the petals. The golden yellow color is obtained by mixing 3 drops of yellow and 1 drop of orange color.
Add a circle of golden yellow icing in the center of the cupcake. On this circle place the chocolate rain, this will be the center of the flower.
Fill the sleeve with orange yellow frosting and start creating the petals from the outside. If you overlap the petals you will create a more realistic effect.
Once you finish with the petals clean the sleeve well and fill it with green glaze. Distribute 4 or 5 leaves in small groups or alone. Locate them away from the center.
Take the cupcakes to the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
