My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. And one of my favorite breakfasts are cinnamon pancakes with syrup. So I decided to mix my favorite dessert and my favorite breakfast in one recipe.

Ingredients
6 cinnamon cupcakes ready and pre-cooled
Ready mix for pancakes.
1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
100 grams of cream cheese
Caramel syrup
Powdered sugar.

Preheat a nonstick skillet at 150 ° C
In a blender put the ready mix of pancakes, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg and melted butter. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
