Recipe for exquisite cupcakes Red Velvet Muffins

The muffins are exquisite. But eating cupcakes that taste like chocolate and that look a different color (red), is something that is priceless.
If you are looking for an exquisite dessert or snack, these velvet red muffins are simple to prepare. I guarantee you will surprise your whole family thanks to this recipe. To prepare them you need:
Biscuit:
• 60 gr. Butter (room temperature).
• 150 gr. White sugar.
• 1 egg.
• 10 gr. Cocoa powder without sugar.
• 1 Teaspoon of red coloring.
• 120 ml Milk.
• 150 gr. Flour.
• ½ teaspoon of salt.
• ½ Teaspoon of baking soda.
• 1 ½ Teaspoons of white vinegar.
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Glazed:
• 50 gr. Butter without salt (room temperature).
• 300 gr. Sugar glass.
• 125 gr. Cream cheese.
The magic of the muffins begins:
It preheats the oven to 180ºC and covers the muffin mold that is part of the silicone confectionery kit. Beat butter and sugar until both ingredients form a cream.
Add the egg and apart, mix the cocoa powder, the vanilla extract and the red dye in paste. Add to the initial mix.
Add milk and flour alternating, mixing very well. Add the salt, the baking soda and the vinegar. Then beat until you get a uniform dough. Finally distribute the mixture in the molds, without filling to the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until brown and pass the stick test. Allow to cool on a rack and prepare the glaze by beating the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the cream cheese and beat until it is incorporated.
With the cooled muffins decorate with the glaze, and with the help of a pastry bag you can add flowers or curls of white chocolate.
