Cheese frosting
Many of you have asked how to make a good cream cheese frosting. This is our delicious contribution.
The ingredients are:
- 250 gr. cream cheese
- 3 / 4 cup sugar glaze
- 75 gr. melted butter (using the defrost function of the microwave)
Preparation:
In a large bowl mix with electric mixer the cream cheese and sugar at medium-high speed, until a consistency similar to whipped cream
Lower the speed to a minimum and add the butter melted but not hot. Once incorporated into the mixture, up to medium-high speed and beat for another minute.
To change the flavor and give a different touch, you can add the zest of a lemon or lime, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a few pieces of chocolate or a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
