Chocolate letters recipe to decorate your cupcakes

Learn how to make these chocolate letters and you can decorate any cupcake or cake quickly, easily and with few ingredients.
You can decorate almost any dessert with these chocolate designs. Decorating cakes in this way is quick, easy and all you need are pieces of chocolate, a sheet of waxed paper and something to apply it.

The way to apply it can be a sleeve with a small round mouthpiece, but a ziploc bag with a hole in the corner serves equally well. Also, you can use colored white chocolate to make interesting designs.

Ingredients
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 sheet of waxed paper.
1 bag of glaze
Sleeve with small round tip or ziploc bag.
Preparation
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Try not to overheat, so keep moving to melt them evenly.
Place your melted chocolate in the pastry bag or plastic bag. If you use the latter, cut a small hole in the corner. You can always expand the hole by cutting a larger one if you need it
Put a sheet of waxed paper on a flat surface.
Use the sleeve to make your design on waxed paper. If it is a complex design, you can print it and place it under waxed paper to help you trace.
When finished, place the paper on a cutting board and take it to the freezer for 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
When you remove the chocolate letters from the freezer, remove the designs carefully and pass them to your cake or cupcake. It is easier to transfer when it is very cold. Ready!
