Uniform sized cupcakes
A good tip for baking cupcakes with a a similar size, is using an ice scoop to spread the mix into the liners: for each cupcake, one or two measures of scoop.
With this we will make batches of uniform and proportionate cupcakes, without using expensive tools. A lot of thanks to My baking addiction for the great idea!
